Congratulations Bondi Junction House of Golf

I am not sure how your company works but I wanted to show my appreciation for the amazing service that we have received at the Bondi Junction House of Golf.  Over the past year, Rob has kitted out both my 15 year old son with new clubs and my husband with his new clubs – both sets at a reasonable price for our needs.
 
We originally went to House of Golf Bondi Junction because we had a bad experience at (competitor's name withheld) at Waterloo. Robbie (our 15 year old) and his grandfather had been sold a Titleist wedge which shone through its packaging in the (competitor's name withheld) store. During the sale of this club, the sales person had omitted to tell Robbie the most important information.... that the club would rust when the packaging was taken off. You can only imagine Robbie’s reaction when he went to use his club one week later and the club was completely covered in rust.  We returned to (competitor's name withheld) to find out about this club and as you would imagine, Robbie, a 14 year old golfer (at this time) new to the game, wanted to exchange the club for a shiny one. We have not returned to (competitor's name withheld) because they did not provide the correct information to Robbie about the club. They did not gain our trust and therefore they did not receive our next sale.

We then went to House of Golf Bondi Junction and found Rob, an educated golfer whose passion for servicing the customer is like none other.  On this occasion, we were fitting Robbie out with a complete set of new clubs. We all learned so much about choosing the correct clubs and about having the clubs fitted. When I learned about the fitting of the clubs, I was so excited that I had my tennis racquet grip increased in size. This has made all the difference to my tennis game!!

On the next occasion Robbie and his grandfather went back to Rob to buy a new driver.  My father, a Royal and Ancient member who has played golf for over 78 years, very much enjoyed his outing.  He sat down on a chair and watched the whole process! He watched as Rob allowed Robbie to test out a couple of clubs and then was most impressed that Rob fitted them especially for Robbie. As he walked out, Dad said that if he ever needed to buy new clubs he would go to Rob at The House of Golf Bondi Junction.

And our most recent experience is when I left my husband in Rob’s hands to buy his new set of golf clubs. I had complete confidence that Rob knew us and was going to give Mal the best deal and the best clubs that he could. As you would imagine, Mal had a great experience buying his new clubs and they are being fitted as we speak!
