FREIGHT TERMS

The HOUSE of GOLF Servicing Pty Ltd (abbreviated to THoG for the purpose of this document) offers delivery of product within Australia only. Delivery of products acquired from THoG will be undertaken by a courier or service provider as nominated by THoG.

In most cases Australia Post postal service for domestic delivery or Couriers Please courier service for deliveries to business addresses will be employed for delivery of product within Australia. Upon confirmation of purchase and payment of purchase price a delivery docket number will be raised enables a trace on the delivery of goods.

In the event that Couriers Please is unable to deliver the goods to the location specified we will notify you of the transport service provider selected to deliver your parcel.

All forms of vouchers will be mailed via Australia Post registered post service.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery it is preferred to deliver product to an address which is personally attended by the purchaser, such as a business address. For security goods must be signed for by the receiving party.

Acquisitions of product made via the website are unable to be collected from specific stores.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the purchaser between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that your business hours delivery address is entered into your account details.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All efforts will be made to consolidate multiple purchases to minimise total quantity of parcels being freighted.

Delivery charges (freight) are detailed prior to ordering the and will be detailed at checkout.

Freight charges are calculated based on accumulated weight of the total order.

A re-delivery charge of $20.00 will be payable by the purchaser if the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt. The re-delivery fee will be charged in addition to the original transaction to the account supplied by the purchaser.
