Ian Millican is the franchisee of both the Virginia and Loganholme stores in Queensland. - Virginia since 2000 and Loganholme since 2005.
Ian is a PGA teaching professional, working in that field for 18 years before deciding on a change of scenery. After seeing the House of Golf model back in 2000, Ian was attracted to the critical mass of the group and the resultant cost effectiveness in business costs and purchasing power. Being part of a large group, Ian also appreciates the excellent information technology systems and policies and procedures available to all House of Golf franchisees - benefits that would not be easy to duplicate as a stand-alone store.
Ian’s goals are to keep growing and expanding and in line with these objectives, he has just sold half of his Virginia business to Justin Romer. Justin comes to House of Golf with a solid golf background. A Queensland native, Ian is looking forward to his new role at the Virginia store he started on 1st July, 2008.
