Returns and Warranty

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn't right for you, we will accept returns and issue you a quick refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Easy returns and warranty

Returns via the AusPost returns portal are only available for online purchases. You will need your order number and email address used at checkout. For in store purchases, please contact your local store.

* Items over 105cm in length, width or depth can not be returned via AusPost, please contact us to arrange the return.

Most items that we sell are covered under a 12-month warranty period. However, this is not always the case, and can vary depending on the fault. Please submit a warranty request to start the process.

1. Request a return

Submit a returns request within 30 days of your online order date.

2. Send items back

Place your item(s) into the original parcel bag and post it back to us.

3. Return processed

Once received, the value of the item(s) will be refunded via the original payment method.

Helpful information

How many days do I have to return an item?

You can return an item within 30 days of placing an order either online or in store. Returns outside of the 30 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of The House of Golf and will only be refunded as a gift card.

How can I exchange an item?

Items purchased online or in store can only be exchanged at one of our physical stores. You must present the receipt you received at the time you purchased your items.

Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.

Why isn't my order available for a return request?

Only online orders can be returned by the AusPost returns portal. Please allow for your order status to be updated to delivered (which may take up to 24 hours), before applying for a return.

What condition must the items be in?

Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging and tags, unless flawed or defective. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

What if I don't have the original packaging?

If you are missing the original packaging, please use a similar-sized satchel or box. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the item(s) in their original condition.

Why can't I download the returns label?

If you are having problems downloading and printing your returns label, please contact us and we will be able to send you one.

How do I print more than one label?

If you need to return multiple items that will not fit in a single parcel (and therefore need more than one parcel and return shipping label), please submit an additional request via the portal.

Can I return my online order in store?

Yes you can return any item(s) brought online to any one of our stores. You will be required to provide a tax invoice and original packaging. If you have provided your contact details as apart of our product warranty process, an original tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at our discretion.

Will I be refunded for the original shipping?

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, you are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse at your expense and the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

What if I was sent the wrong item(s)?

If we have sent you the wrong item, please use the AusPost returns portal and select 'Incorrect item was sent' as the reason for the return. We can either supply a replacement or full refund. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

What if my item(s) is faulty or defective?

If you discover a flaw or defect with your product, please contact us as soon as you can so we can assess. We can either supply a replacement or full refund. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

How will I be refunded?

Once your item(s) have been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. The value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
